UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise specified by customer.

We offer 3 day, 2 day, and next day air service at an additional cost.

We can not ship to P.O Boxes, only residential or business addresses.

UPS Ground shipments can take 1-7 working days depending on your location.

All outgoing orders are shipped FOB La Habra, Ca USA

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship USPS, or UPS on international orders, whichever is cheaper, depending on your location.

RETURNS

You must include a copy of the original invoice and a letter of explanation with the return.Any merchandise returned for credit or refund must be in "new" condition and be resalable as "new". Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date for exchange or refund consideration .PDC reserves the right to charge a $20.00 restocking fee on returned goods.
